For in-water use, we strongly recommend our optional insulation safety test. This service includes:

Q1: “Dry use” or “in water”—which method is more effective?
A: Both are effective. The key difference is in the detox follow-up. When used dry, a detox bath with hot water and salts should ideally follow the same day to help flush out disengaged particles. When used in water, this process happens concurrently, but stringent waterproofing is essential. Please purchase the dedicated option.

Q2: Is it safe to use in water?
A: Yes, when proper precautions are taken. We offer an optional Waterproof Certification & Insulation Test, which includes enhanced sealing and a pre-shipment electrical safety report. For any in-water use, this service is strongly recommended. Regular safety re-testing is also advised.

Q3: Can I use it with a relay or power supply I already own?
A: Compatibility is crucial for safety and performance. The triangle coil must match your existing switch (relay) and power supply voltage and current. The coil’s resistance must be appropriate for the amperage to prevent damage. We have available different automatic switches. We offer free compatibility checks—please contact us with your equipment specs before purchase.

Q4: How do I maintain and store the triangle?
A: After use, especially in saltwater or baths, rinse the coil with fresh water and let it dry completely before storage. Avoid sharp bends in the cable. If you have the waterproof certification, we recommend an insulation safety test every 9-15 months with frequent use.

Q5: Can I use two triangles simultaneously using the same power supply and automatic switch?

A: Yes! This is an advanced and powerful feature we exclusively support.
It is designed to work only with TriFlux™-H configuration.
